This place was amazing. We were bike packing and my 12 year old insisted on going here 3 times for the chicken mole. Absolutely delicious and a lot of care put into making them. My son and the chef were first names after the first session lol. I had the fish taco and it was also a thing of beauty. He says on the sign be patient good food takes time so don't get impatient ;)

This place deserves every bit of its 5 stars. We lived on the island for 4 years before trying this place mostly because I just didn’t think a food truck would be that good and I am so sad we didn’t try it before!! The tacos are EXCELLENT - best I’ve ever had and so similar to being in Mexico. Absolutely the best spot on the island. The man making them was so nice too. Really really wonderful food. And personally I felt the price was great - $18 for 3 tacos was more than worth it to me!!

Wow! The best tacos I’ve ever had. You can taste the love and heart at this local gem. I had the birria and fish tacos and they were phenomenal. Made fresh to order, simple, and yet so delicious. The hot sauce is also to die for (wish they bottled it for purchase)! Thank you for the amazing service and wonderful food memories on our trip to Salt Spring. We will be back!

Incredibly kind folk serving up some delicious tacos, what more could you ask for? Well, maybe, not sitting right next to a super busy road? The food trucks could be the ones next to the road so we can eat peacefully, I don’t think anyone enjoys eating next to a road. Other than that, we really really enjoyed the vegan chorizo tacos. The tortillas are fresh and the filling simple but delicious. Yes, they are expensive. But, everything is nowadays. This guy is literally sweating in his tiny little truck making people tacos, so I’m stoked to have someone make me food when I’m visiting the island. Thank you for offering a plant based option, hopefully there will be more in the future.

Consistently the best tacos on the island and also better than anything we’ve tried in Victoria! Everything is freshly handmade with each order. The corn tortillas are excellent. Outstanding options tried so far after many visits include Poblano peppers, Vegan chorizo, Chicken mole and Fish tacos. The owner Gabriel (Gabo) is always friendly and so quick with preparing the orders for a (currently) one-person operation. If there is a line, it is worth it - Highly recommend!
